Prices:

All prices are daily prices and only valid on the day of ordering. Prices are subject to change. The buyer will be invoiced at the price applicable on the day of the order, provided soundlivingaudio.com accepts the order. All prices are in EURO (EUR) and include 25% VAT.

Payment:

We accept the following payment options: VISA, Electron, MasterCard, Debit, Maestro, and PayPal. No hidden fees are applied.

Delivery:

At soundlivingaudio.com, we offer free shipping on orders above 99 EUR.

• Orders under 99 EUR: Shipping costs 5 EUR to a parcel shop.

• Home delivery: 9 EUR 

We use GLS, POSTNORD, DHL, DAO and many other shipping companies so you can get your local preference. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day. Expected delivery time is 1-4 business days.

Risk of Accidental Loss or Deterioration:

The risk of the ordered goods being destroyed or damaged due to accidental circumstances passes to the buyer only once the goods have come into the buyer's possession.

Complaints (Warranty):

Our warranty does not cover water damage or physical abuse/overload. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. A complaint within two months of discovery is always considered timely. The item must always be returned in proper packaging.

Right of Appeal:

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact info@soundlivingaudio.com or call +45 70 80 43 17. If we cannot find a solution, you can file a complaint with the relevant boards in the field, provided the conditions are met.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

To use the guarantee, products must be in good condition, in original packaging, and must not be damaged. The satisfaction guarantee follows the criteria for refunds under the right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation):

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. The period expires 30 days after the day you received your item, or if the item is put into use.

Please note:

• Within 14 days: Refund will be issued to your card.

• Days 15-30: Refund will be issued as a credit note.

• The product must be returned in original packaging, otherwise, a deduction will be made from the refund amount.

You must notify us within 30 days of receipt via email at info@soundlivingaudio.com phone at +45 70 80 43 17, or by using the standard withdrawal form. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing receipt of the item without giving us clear notice.

Returns:

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You must cover the direct costs of returning the item. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.

Condition of the item upon return: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You can test the item as you would in a physical store, but you may not put it into actual use. If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered "used," and you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on its commercial value.

Free Gifts: If you received one or more free gifts with your purchase, these must be returned with the product. If not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

Refund of the Purchase Amount:

If you withdraw your purchase, we will refund the amount paid to us. In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted. We refund all payments received, including delivery costs (excluding extra costs for non-standard delivery), within 14 days of receiving your notice. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

To enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information: Name, address, phone number, and email address. We record your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods. Data is stored by SOUNDLIVING for five years and then deleted. No information is disclosed to third parties without your consent.
